Do you assist in basic employment relations matters such as chairing and procesuting workplace cases?

Yes we do. The ERX team do this based on seniority.
Will you represent me as an executive in a dispute or retrenchment, exit talks process?"

Yes we will. Our philosophy is to coach you in the process initially and only step in towards the end. This will include representation, when permitted through the dispute resolution process.
Are you able to address our concerns as a small business?

Yes, Nerine has built a team in the business.
Do you do project-based work?

We have completed various projects in the last year .By way of example a review of policies across an entire business to align them, development of transformation scorecards ,project managed and supported restructure implementation ,designed and developed transformation policies ,EE plans and reporting process for client specific issues to name a few.
Do you do training?

Yes, we have a comprehensive training offering. However it is our business philosophy that it is imperative that there is some customisation training as not all business, and not all employment situations are the same.
How do you charge for your services?

If it is project-based, we usually develop a quote for the work. We have an initial consultation fee approach to individuals, especially when advising executives.
Are you negotiable on your charges?

Depending on nature of work we are always open to discuss charges upfront.
I came to ERX because of Nerine's history. Does she do all the work?

Nerine does all the senior work herself, with the team. However, no piece of work is carried out without her supervision, input, and oversight. All pieces are checked and reviewed before being signed off by her personally.
How do I know you'll be able to address my particular issue? I can't find it on your service list.
